If you don’t have a red tracking band for the carnival, you can get one now from Deb who is under the black umbrella next to the Cape Hawk surf club. She is there till 4pm. Otherwise you will have to line up with everyone else tomorrow morning. It will be busy tomorrow, so if you can get down there now, go for it.
